2003 - Resident breeding species, with up to 9 singing males in April. We seem to have lost the roosting birds, and numbers are generally lower this year. No post-breeding peak, and hardly an autumn passage this year. Monthly maxima :

Juvs first seen in late June. No big roost counts this year, but a more classic pattern of consistent numbers through spring followed by a post-breeding peak, then a second peak for autumn passage, max 174 on 11 Oct. The max on 20 Jan when 67 were counted coming out of the roost, which was much less productive in the autumn.Monthly maxima :
