2001 - Just two records, 4 bird-days - a male present 11-14 Oct, and another on 20 Oct.

2000 - Just two records - one on 17 and one on 28 Oct.

1998 - Two in autumn at Newton's Cove/Underbarn. (Dorset Bird Report)

1985 - Three bird-days in Oct 1985, one on 11th (earliest autumn date) and 2 on 25th.

1984 - Four bird-days in the early part of th year, from 25 Jan to 9 April (latest spring date). One on 19 Oct 1984

1983 - 16 bird-days from17 Jan to 11 Feb, when there was a max of 4. 8 bird days from 14 Nov to 7 Dec.

1982 - A superb autumn, with 48 bird-days from 18 Oct to 25 Dec, record max 5 on 2 Nov.
