Anand has always been a wildlife enthusiast, with a particular interest in birds and mammals. Travelling to South Africa, he received guiding experience at Thanda Private Game Reserve and Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve before returning to India where he has worked at some of Central India’s premier lodges as a naturalist. Describing himself as a curious naturalist, the main reason Anand became a naturalist guide is because he thoroughly enjoys introducing people to what he believes is the most fascinating wildlife landscape anywhere – India’s tigerland.
