Giant river otters and jaguars are just some of the wonderful wildlife encounters Sarah will share from her time in Brazil. After walking through the grasslands in search of giant anteater and navigating the waterways of the worlds largest wetland - the Pantanal - Sarah will take you on a journey north, to the biodiverse Amazon, on her quest to see the majestic harpy eagle.

Having spent several seasons working in Botswana and Kenya, Sarah’s love of wildlife led her to study Zoology at Newcastle University, followed by eight months travelling through the Indian subcontinent. Now a member of the team at The Travelling Naturalist, Sarah is able to combine her deep rooted love of nature with travel.
Fresh from her travels, Helen Bryon will be talking about her recent experiences in Central India, where she visited no fewer than six tiger reserves! With sightings and park management constantly changing in India, choosing the right reserves to visit can be a daunting task, but Helen will endeavour to give you the very latest information, providing a unique insight into the pros and cons of each reserve.

After an idyllic Botswana childhood, Helen returned to the UK in her teens, then spent two years globetrotting before studying Geography. After 16 years with a renowned UK travel company, Africa called her back to live her dream and qualify as a safari guide, followed by four fabulous years on a private reserve in South Africa. Helen is now part of the team at The Travelling Naturalist.
