1. Make your booking

    When you know the tour you would like to book, please ensure you have read and agree to our booking conditions, then choose one of our two easy ways to make your booking:

    1. Online: simply click the ‘Book’ button on the tour you would like to book, and then complete your details online.
    2. Contact us: call our expert team on 01305 267994 or use our contact form.
  2. What happens next

    A member of our expert team will check availability for your chosen departure. We will require a deposit of £200 per person or 20% of the total cost of the booking, whichever is the greater. (For some holidays, we may require a higher deposit – we will advise you if this is the case.)

  3. Provide us with full booking details

    Once we receive your deposit we will set about getting all the arrangements confirmed for your holiday and request that you complete full details of everyone travelling on your booking in our ‘Departure Lounge’.

    You must ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place before you travel with us; we recommend you consider an insurance package from our preferred brokers, Campbell Irvine. If you decide their policy is not for you, please arrange an alternative.

  4. We confirm your booking

    After receiving your booking, we will send you full confirmation, together with all the information you need to prepare for your holiday.

  5. Pay the balance due

    We require full payment twelve weeks before departure. If you are making your booking within twelve weeks, full payment will be needed when you book. Departure documentation will be emailed to you approximately two weeks prior to departure.
